Once Shenzhen's tallest skyscraper, Di Wang Building is more than just an architectural feat—it’s a symbol of the city’s rapid growth. Take a 50-second ride to the 68th-floor observation deck, where you'll be treated to panoramic views: Shenzhen’s ever-expanding skyline on one side and a glimpse of Hong Kong on the other. Once holding the world record for construction speed (an impressive 2.5 days per floor), this building is a testament to the city’s ambition. Although newer skyscrapers now tower over it, Di Wang remains a must-visit for those wanting a bird's-eye view of Shenzhen's dynamic urban landscape, especially when the sun sets and the skyline lights up.

Built in the late 1800s, Hulishan Cannon Fort is a quirky mix of history and engineering ingenuity — believe it or not, glutinous rice was used in its construction. A highlight is the Krupp cannon, a massive 60-ton German-made cannon, said to be the best-preserved coastal gun in all of China. Wandering around the fort, you’ll stumble across smaller cannons, old stone walls, and views of the coastline that make it easy to imagine its strategic importance back in the day.

This park was once the residence of the royal family and a hunting spot during the 19th century. You can go on many excursions in the park. For nature lovers, this place is a must-see.

Two kilometres from the town of Cuneo, Sanctuary Madonna della Riva rises 530 metres above sea level. A number of processions from different areas have taken place in the sanctuary. The painting of Madonna and Child with Saint Francis is one example of the priceless treasures that the sanctuary keeps.
