Klosters is also very well known for its tobogganing - an activity for children and adults alike - and local legend has it that tobogganing was invented here. The four toboggan runs available (Gotschna, Madrisa, Alpenrosli, Aeuja) are free of charge - you just have to pay for toboggan rentals. The medina also offers low-priced and local food, so do not hesitate to try mint tea, pastillas or tagine.

Being 1,200m above sea level guarantees breath-taking views of snow topped mountains and inhabitants of Klosters (mainly farming people) are friendly and welcoming. With the various activities on offer such as horse drawn sleigh rides, snowboarding, curling, ice hockey, ice skating, paragliding, an 8,5 km sledding route and top class restaurants, you will hardly ever run out of things to do.
