The age old recipe of Le Corail de Bonifacio has been passed down through generations, ever since it was made as a gift for Napoleon who frequently indulged in its sweetness back in the late 1700s, as well that of its creator, Emma Poggioli. The product is simple yet effective, consisting of almonds, honey, lemons and oranges. There are often free tasting sessions for those who need more convincing before purchasing.
