Restaurant Hemel & Aarde
The guide was updated:Led by Chef René van der Weijden, this refined restaurant celebrates what the earth provides, placing vegetables at the very heart of its philosophy. Each dish is thoughtfully composed, showcasing bold contrasts of flavour and texture that turn every course into a small culinary adventure.
An in-house sommelier team carefully curates wine pairings to complement the menu. This is a high-end establishment, and prices reflect its exclusivity, but the experience more than justifies the splurge.
Reservations are essential and should be made at least eight weeks in advance. Highlights include the crisp fried kale and the indulgent salty caramel sauce.
