Best Time to Visit
With its typically Mediterranean climate, and being the most temperate one of the Balearic islands, Menorca can be visited all year long. Thanks to the refreshing sea breeze, it never gets too hot during the summer. The average temperature of 25°C (77°F) during the summer season, June to September, is enriched by 11 hours of sunshine. The winter, November to February, can be marked with heavy rainfall.
Keep in mind, therefore, that many establishments with outdoor activities can be closed during the colder months, but the islands will nonetheless be lively, and luckily also not as crowded as during the peak season.
