Hurghada, Luxor & Marsa Alam

Like so many of the towns and cities of Egypt, Hurghada, Luxor and Marsa Alam are living history museums. The three cities are positioned as corners of a triangle in the Eastern Desert. Hurghada, a former fishing harbour, stretches 24 kilometres along the waterfront and is the perfect area for water sports. Marsa Alam is found by the Red Sea coast and tourism is just starting to make an impact. The city of Luxor, with its jaw-droppingly beautiful monuments built by the hands of ancient craftsmen, lies 240 kilometres inland on the banks of the River Nile.

Lamezia Terme

Located in the heart of sunny Calabria, the charming city of Lamezia Terme came into existence in 1968 through the amalgamation of three separate towns in the Province of Catanzaro. Perched between the dramatic Tyrrhenian cliffs and the gentle sand dunes of the Ionic coast, this cosy gem resides just south of the expansive Sila plateau offering a captivating glimpse into the diverse landscapes of the Mediterranean.

Bonifacio

High on the southern tip of Corsica, only a few kilometres across the water from Sardinia, lies the medieval town of Bonifacio.
