This modern art gallery is located on the edge of a peninsula where the mighty Danube flows. It is one of the youngest museums of modern art in Europe. The River Danube has lent the museum its name and the rest is the result of the enthusiasm and initiative of the Slovak gallery owner Dr. Vincent Polakovič and the financial resources of the Dutch collector and art patron Gerard H. Meulensteen. It is also reachable by bike via a cycling path from Bratislava city centre.

Punakha Dzong is the second largest and second oldest dzong in the whole of Bhutan, and until 1955, it served as the country's seat of government. Located at the confluence of the Mo and Pho rivers, it is also the country's greatest fortress, built to defend against Tibetan invasions.

Waller Mill Park is a quiet spot just outside Williamsburg, built around a 360-acre lake. It’s a great place for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or just renting a boat and getting out on the water. There are also hiking trails, picnic areas, and a dog park, making it a solid choice for a relaxing outdoor break.

Declared by Unesco as “World Heritage Site”, the town of Portobelo is known as a “historic monument collection” since you can visit several sites in the same place. Many of the fortresses, castles and buildings have been preserved almost intact along the years: examples are Fort Santiago, San Jeronimo, San Fernando, the Customs and Controller’s building, and the San Juan de Dios Church famous for the Black Christ. During the sixteenth and seventeenth century, Portobelo became one of the most important silver-exporter ports of Nueva Grenada, the Spanish Colonial Jurisdiction which included today's Colombia, Panama, Ecuador and Venezuela. Portobelo also became one of the most important departure points from the “Indies”. For the same reason, this town was subject to many pirate attacks from Francis Drake, William Parker, William Hiking, Henry Morgan, Edward Vernon, and William Kingles. This coastal town is famous for serving excellent seafood and it is close to other great Caribbean destinations.
