Schloss Benrath (Benrath Palace) was built as a pleasure and hunting palace for the Elector Carl Theodor. Today, the ensemble in its artistic unity of buildings, interior and gardens, 60 hectares in all, is considered one of Europe’s rare complete works of art of the late baroque period. The main palace building (corps de logis), with its furniture, porcelain, paintings, etc., gives an impression of court life in the second half of the 18th century. The eastern wing houses the “Museum für Europäische Gartenkunst” (Museum of European Garden Art) and the western wing the “Museum für Naturkunde” (Museum of Natural Sciences).

Located in Casablanca's historic district, the Abderrahman Slaoui Museum pays tribute to its namesake, a Moroccan businessman and avid art collector who passed away in 2001. The museum, established by the Abderrahman Slaoui Foundation, showcases a diverse array of art exhibitions and poster designs. It's a not-so-obvious must-see for art enthusiasts and those interested in Moroccan cultural history.

The permanent exhibition of this museum features works of art from the colonial era to the present day. You can see art work by famous Chilean artists such as Roberto Matta and Luis Vargas Rosas. Although the permanent exhibition is rather small, it is aesthetically pleasing and informative. Rotating feature exhibitions will give you further insights into Chilean art and history.

Founded in 1939, the Minneapolis Aquatennial is one of the largest festivals in the state, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
