Worth a visit for the architectural value alone. Last but not least, Martiou Market takes place every Saturday at Martiou, a neighbourhood in the eastern part of the city. Fishermen bring fresh catch from the Northern Aegean and from around the Halkidiki region. Fish of all sizes, mussels and octopuses won't stay on the counters long, so come early.

The museum is a monument to Belfast's maritime heritage and stands on the site of the former Harland & Wolff shipyard, where the fateful Titanic was built. Here you will find nine galleries featuring mind-blowing exhibitions and covering the details of the fitting of the ship, her maiden voyage, the tragic sinking and all that happened after. The shimmering building itself is a sight for sore eyes. The museum is open daily.
