The Selånger Pilgrim Centre serves as a platform to highlight the exciting local history. It's also as a starting point for cyclists and hikers on the St Olavsleden — a pilgrim's way between Selånger outside Sundsvall in Sweden and Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim in Norway The centre features a café offering coffee, tea, sandwiches, salads, and the world's most delicious "dragon" ice cream. Don't miss the opportunity to try the locally produced cheesecake from Gårdtjärn with jam from Blåtand in Stöde.

Plaza de Bolívar is the political heart of Colombia. The massive square is surrounded by the Cathedral of Bogotá, the mayor's office and the Capitol Building. The Palace of Justice, once besieged by the infamous Pablo Escobar, is also here. Just around the corner you'll find the heavily guarded Casa de Nariño — the official home and principal workplace of the President of Colombia. Spend some time on this square crowded with street-sellers, pigeon and monumental buildings. An absolute must-see.

Now here's an experience hard to come by elsewhere: the Rastafari Indigenous Village, just outside city limits, is a neat introduction to Jamaica's indigenous religious movement that has gained followers worldwide since its emergence in the 1930s. A guided tour is good way to learn more about Rastafarianism and its central tenants, as well as witness the daily and cultural life of its Jamaican adepts.

The Port of Spain is the largest cruise port in the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The Port has two piers and it can accommodate two cruise ships at the same time. The terminal offers many services and facilities for passengers and crew. It has a tourist information office, souvenir and duty-free shops, cafes and restaurants. Upon docking at Port of Spain, visitors are greeted by a festive atmosphere with calypso singers, steelpan players, and Carnival dancers. Also, there are taxis available outside the terminal offering tours on the island. If you do not want to take a taxi, exploring the city on foot is definitely an option, as the shopping and financial district is only 15 minutes away. As for safety, local authorities strongly recommend walking in groups, especially at night. Other recommendations are not carrying large sums of money and avoiding dark streets or parks at midnight.
