A rather unremarkable facade hides a rare abundance of gems: opulent and gilded carvings from the 17th-century Baroque and Rococo styles embellish the interior, in addition to two magnificent statues of the Saints Benedict and Scholastica and an ornate high altar.

The area of 56 997 hectares of the Balaton Uplands National Park mainly consists of these six landscape protection areas: Kis-Balaton, Keszthely Hills, Tapolca Basin, Káli Basin, Pécsely Basin and Tihany Peninsula. Among its regions Kis-Balaton is also protected by the international Ramsar Convention, serving the protection of wetland habitats. Tihany Peninsula – as a recognition of its outstanding geological values and the work of nature conservation in that region – was awarded of European Diploma in 2003. The Natura 2000 areas, covering partly the National Park and going beyond its area ensure the possibility of the conservation of habitats, plant and animal species which are of European importance. The initiative of Bakony–Balaton Geopark – the area of which covers partly the National Park – sets the aim of interpreting the geological, natural and cultural values and awakening the consciousness of their social significance. The Bakony–Balaton Geopark became member of the European Geoparks Network and the Global Geoparks Network – assisted by UNESCO in 2012.

Rodelsa Hall is a cultural centre for the performing arts and this landmark building includes a concert hall with state-of-the-art technology. There are areas dedicated to exhibitions too. It is located within the Liceo de Cagayan University and regularly offers a programme of live musical and artistic events and displays.

The International Museum of the Prophet's Biography offers a detailed, technology-driven exploration of the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Located within the Clock Tower complex in Mecca, it uses immersive multimedia exhibits, 3D models and cinematic presentations to convey its narrative. The approach is modern and educational, focusing on accessibility for an international audience with multi-language support. Rather than displaying historical artefacts, the museum prioritises storytelling and moral instruction, providing a structured, informative complement to the spiritual experience of visiting the holy city.
