Himmelsberga is Öland's most authentic village, now preserved as an open air museum with enclosed farms built along both sides of the narrow village road. The heart of the museum consists of several large farms with buildings dating back the 18th and 19th century. The cottage is still has the original furniture, and the old stables are packed with all the tools and equipment that were used on the farms. The coffee shop sells freshly baked bread and hot pies, and you can buy genuine Öland handicrafts in the village shop. Himmelsberga holds exhibitions of arts and crafts in its two galleries. There's also an art museum with a collection of older and modern Öland paintings.

The Song Dynasty Town (or Songcheng) is an exciting, albeit slightly kitschy, theme park in Hangzhou. This is one of China’s largest dynastic theme parks, replicating the architecture and street scenes of that era.The park's main attraction, however, aren't its countless exotic exhibits, but a top-notch song and dance show that ranks amongst the finest in the world.

Lying on the former northern defence line of the city, this English-style public park is a beloved place for outdoor activities, be it a walk, a picnic or duck watching. Adorned with magnificent foliage and ponds, the park also serves as a backdrop to vibrant cultural events, most notably the Noorderzon Performing Arts Festival in August.

Kosta Boda, formerly known as Kosta Glasbruk, is the oldest glassworks in the Kingdom of Crystal, where glass has been blown since 1742. Today, visitors can witness glassblowing in the furnace room and also appreciate the magnificent glass art created by renowned designers. Tours are available year-round, with daily tours taking place in the furnace room during the summer. In the well-stocked shop, you can purchase Kosta Boda products at factory prices.
