The Oxford University Press Museum was founded in 1958 is considered the second-oldest and the largest university press in the world. It keeps traces of the historical publishing documentation of Oxford University from the fifteenth century to the present day. The museum notable displays are the books of Clarendon's 'History of the Great Rebellion', the first edition of 'Alice in Wonderland', and the evolution of the 'Oxford English Dictionary'.

The 17th century St Paul's Cathedral on Ludgate Hill is one of the capital's most iconic buildings. Designed by the illustrious Sir Christopher Wren, St Paul's was the tallest building in London until as late as 1962. Use the touchscreen multimedia guides or take a guided tour to learn about the famous interior or, if you're feeling fit, climb up to the Whispering Gallery and try out the acoustics. From there you can carry on making your way up to the Golden Gallery atop the dome, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of London. Visit the traditional Latin Mass chapelle, similar to its bigger sister in Paris. This church is small, quiet and rarely full of tourists and is conveniently located in the centre of La Rochelle.
