The most famous market in Valladolid is the Mercado del Val, a typical castillan agricultural market. Built in the late nineteenth-century, this covered market is frequented by locals all day long until late at night. Stalls sell everything from fish to flowers and suckling pigs. Opened its doors in 1998, Centro Comercial Vallsur is spread across three floors of shopping and leisure. It is one the second floor where all the shopping is done, where several clothe shops are located while on the third floor you will find cinemas, restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Here you will also see all the steps in the winemaking process from the grape up to the bottle. Of course, there will also be some lovely wine tasting included in the tour.
