Lincoln County Transit provides bus services to all of Lincoln County. Depending on the bus line, service is from Monday through Saturday about 7h -21h. There is a Transit Intercity Bus between the cities, Newport City Loop Bus for transportation within the city. Fares are divided into different zones and from North-South, East-West. Each zone you travel in is $1.00. A coupon book of 40 $1.00 coupons is available for $30. Check out the website for more information.

Newport is served by the Eugene Aiport (EUG) in Eugene, Oregon, located approximately two hours away and Portland International Airport. There is no direct connection from the Airport to Newport. You can either take Amtrak from Eugene Amtrak Station to Albany Amtrak and from there a Bus to Newport. www.amtrak.com/northwest-train-bus-stations The Valley Retriever or Caravan Airport Transportation operates between the Oregon Coast and Amtrak. The Valley Retriever 56 SW 10th St, Newport, OR 97365, USA +1 541-265-2253 Caravan Airport Transportation 4852 US-101, Newport, OR 97365, USA +1 541-994-9645. There is also a bus available called The Valley Retriever that goes to Corvallis, you change there and go to Newport with Lincoln County bus line.
