Sulbing Seomyeon
The guide was updated:A nation-wide chain of cafes known primarily for its 'bingsu' (shaved ice dessert), which is sometimes used interchangeably with the brand name "Sulbing" itself. There are multiple varieties to choose from; toppings range from fresh fruit, such as mango and strawberries, to elaborate concoctions featuring an entire slab of tiramisu on top; the chocolate sulbing is probably the most decadent-looking dessert you'll have seen in a while.
