Las Vegas - Bars & Nightlife
Vegas is—literally—the City that Never Sleeps. It is said that the Las Vegas Strip is a continuous bar. It is not unusual to see people strolling the Strip, especially at night, carrying an alcoholic beverage. Every hotel/casino offers superb entertainment, floorshows, bars and nightclubs. Live entertainment is everywhere. Here are a few that are just a cut above the ordinary:
Cleopatra’s Barge
This place really rocks—literally. The setting is an ornate replica of a Roman barge on the Nile, that gently rocks in a shallow pool. This floating lounge, in the main casino at Caesars Palace, features both DJ and live music and is open until 4 a.m. There is no cover charge, only a two-drink minimum.
Studio 54
A 1970s pop culture inspired nightclub, fashioned after the legendary Studio 54 in New York City that has state-of-the-art sound, light and video systems. Live dancers, acrobats, and bungee jumpers entertain guests on four dance floors and bars. The club’s motto is "this is your life - star in it".
Christian Audigier The Nightclub
Christian Audigier is known worldwide in the fashion industry for his lines as Ed Hardy and Smet. His rock&roll, glam-inspired designs can be found throughout The Nightclub with elements such as roses, skulls and crystals. The club also offers a outside patio with a view of the Strip.
HAZE
Haze Nightclub is a spectacular 25.500 square-foot venue with top notch Dj’s, interactive projection screens, suede walls and over all a luxurious entertaining concept.
Voodoo Lounge
The Voodoo is located on the 52nd Floor of the Rio and offers open-air rooftop dancing and live music. It is described as crowded, romantic and trendy. Themed drinks include the Witch Doctor and VooDoo Doll.
