The museum with the inventory from the old 'Male Braće' pharmacy dating to 1317 is located in the cloister of the Franciscan monastery. The well-preserved furniture in the pharmacy dates to the 16th century, and the vases are from Sienna and Florence, dating to the 15th and 16th centuries. It also contains various presses, mortars, and an instrument for distilling water dating to the 14th century, as well as prescription manuscripts for making medicine, precise measurement, etc.

Nestled beneath the hilltop Albert Park in central Auckland, the Auckland Art Gallery, or Toi o Tāmaki, is a focal point of art and culture. Established in 1888, it proudly stands as New Zealand’s first permanent art gallery. Housing the country's most extensive collection of national and international art, it frequently hosts internationally travelling exhibitions. The grandeur of the building, characterised by towering Kauri columns and a magnificent canopy, is an experience in itself. Regular tours, family-friendly events, yoga sessions, drawing classes and a hidden theatre showing arthouse films further enrich your visit.

In addition to being the centre for Bucharest’s intellectual and political events and the most popular meeting place in the city, the University of Bucharest has a dramatic history. During the 1989 Revolution, some of Romania’s fiercest fighting took place here. Close by you can find the University of Bucharest’s School of Architecture, the National Theatre, the Coltea Hospital and the Sutu Palace History Museum. A Christmas market is held at the University Square every year, but you can find excellent restaurants and cafes in the area all year round.
