The Napa Valley Wine Train invites you to step back in time as you board its restored Pullman cars, where polished wood and large windows frame sweeping vineyard views. To find refuge from tourist masses, head to this beautiful, secluded beach in the island's very south. Reaching the place will take around 30 minutes by car, and some patience if you're driving your own vehicle — signage isn't too clear. However, it's worth the exploration: locals love Baby Beach because it's calm and less crowded. Its waters are clean and good for swimming, and the local fauna is beautiful, featuring gorgeous tropical fish and sea turtles.

The expansive Plaza de la Revolución (formerly Plaza Cívica) is an important landmark where some of Cuba's most significant political rallies took place. Part of 'new Havana', this square is the modernist home of the Cuban government (Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Cuba), but is most known for its murals of iconic figures like Che Guevara and revolutionary Camilo Cienfuegos, as well as the city's tallest monument dedicated to José Martí, an independence activist and Cuban National Hero (take the elevator up for spectacular views).

This popular lookout point offers a beautiful view over the Christ the Redeemer statue and the Sugar Loaf Mountain. Given its proximity to the city, many photographers prefer to shoot from here rather than climb to the top of Corcovado. The two places, however, are very close and easy to visit on the same day.
