The Liberation Tower is a defining feature of the Kuwait City skyline and a powerful symbol of the nation's resurgence, completed in 1993 after the Gulf War. The tower primarily functions as a telecommunications hub and government office complex, and has not been accessible to the public for tours in recent years.
