Upzone is an experience for all of you that like to exercise, push the limits of yourself but foremost likes to have fun. Up among the treetops you can challenge yourself and others on four different courses with different difficulties. In our parks you can ride the zip line, balance on logs, climb in nets and swing to get through the different courses. From 3 to 15 meters up in the air, you can enjoy our adventure forest. Upzone is unique in the Skåne region and offers a creative park in a fantastic area near Ängelholms Hembygdspark. At Upzone Adventure Forest you get to a chance to experience the nature from a new perspective through different challenges up to 15 meters from the ground. The park consists of four courses, Funzone, Fitnesszone, Adventurezone and Riskzone. The higher the difficulty the higher from the ground. In our park you can crawl through tunnels, swing to the Tarzan net, ride the zip line to the next tree or why not the sledge 6 meters over the ground or jump the Big Jump from 15 meters.

As Port Zante is located right in Basseterre's city centre, getting there by ferry or taxi is relatively easy. There are also mini vans called "route taxis" If you are going to Port Zante in a route taxi, look for one that has "Basseterre" written on the front sign. Once you board the minibus, you can tell the driver that you want to go to Port Zante. The minibus will drop you off at the bus terminal in downtown Basseterre, and from there it's just a 10-minute walk to Port Zante. You can ask locals for directions or follow the signs to the cruise ship terminal. Perched high in the Serra de Rodes mountains, the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes is a masterpiece of Catalan Romanesque architecture. Founded in the 10th century, this former Benedictine complex features a sophisticated church, a majestic bell tower, and cloisters arranged on terraces with sweeping views of the Cap de Creus peninsula. Notable for its classical-inspired sculptures and the remnants of a finely carved portal, the monastery was a major spiritual centre until the 14th century. Nearby, the ruins of Santa Creu de Rodes medieval village and its pre-Romanesque church complete this historic landscape.
