There are two waterfalls in the vicinity of Nha Trang, both of which make for excellent excursions into nature. Ba Ho Falls, at a distance of roughly 30km north of central Nha Trang, are the falls that attract most visitors. You will need a ride to reach the entrance to the natural area (get a taxi or Grab). Bring swimwear, sturdy shoes (not flip-flops), and your own water. Note that water volumes may vary dramatically depending on whether you visit during or outside the dry season (January through August). Another option is Fairy Spring Waterfalls (Suối Tiên), mostly favoured by local youth. These are much smaller compared to Ba Ho, but there is still an opening fit for swimming. There is a small admission fee to visit both falls.

Gardaland is Italy’s biggest theme park, located moments from Lake Garda. Take the regular train from Brescia to Peschiera del Garda (around 25 minutes) to get there quick - then you only have to take a shuttle-bus to the theme park itself. Children and adults alike will be thrilled by the many attractions that this place has to offer!

The Roman Odeon is an ancient open-air theatre. Used in the 2nd and 3rd centuries, its floor, wings, and orchestra pit are still in very good condition. Today, the theatre hosts a variety of cultural events.

Surrounded by water on three sides, Smyrna Dunes Park offers stunning views of the Indian River, Ponce Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. Arrive by land or sea to explore its fishing spots, swimming areas, and scenic trails. Keep an eye out for wildlife—birds, reptiles, marine life, and native vegetation thrive here in their natural habitats.
