The Senso-ji temple is Tokyo's oldest-established Buddhist temple. Though a major tourist attraction, this is primarily a traditional, local site where worshippers cast coins, clap ceremoniously and bow in respect to an image of Kannon, the Goddess of Compassion.

At the top of Mori Tower in the vast Roppongi Hills, this one of the major contemporary art museums in Tokyo combines breathtaking views with fresh artistic talent. The museum has held exhibitions featuring a number of big-name artists from Japan and beyond, including Yayoi Kusama, Ai Weiwei, Anish Kapoor and Jeff Koons. Of particular note are the visual projections allowing guests to traverse through virtual imagery and environments. Stretching along Hollywood Boulevard, the Hollywood Walk of Fame is a tribute to entertainment legends, with over 2,700 brass stars embedded in the sidewalks honoring actors, musicians, directors, and more. And a few steps away, the TCL Chinese Theatre is impossible to miss, with its dramatic, pagoda-style facade. The real magic, though, is in the forecourt, where generations of stars, from Marilyn Monroe to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, have left their handprints and signatures in cement. Since its first movie premiere in 1927, the theater has been at the center of Hollywood’s biggest moments, and even today, it’s one of the best places to catch a film in true Hollywood style.

Worcester Cathedral is claimed to be one of England’s loveliest cathedrals with its medieval cloisters, the ancient crypt and chapter house and the stunning Victorian stained glasses.
