Underværket is a non-publicly funded business committed to integration and culture, and it thus features a bakery, a café, a clothing shop, art workshops, a butcher, a hookah café, a hairdresser, a theatre school, a dance studio, and many more venues. The Georgian National Museum is the product of the unification of several museums and research centres that hosts various exhibitions, both temporary and permanent, from archaeological treasures to modern art collections and cultural exhibits.

The Yuejiang Tower in Nanjing boasts a unique history, having achieved fame centuries before its actual construction. In 1374, the first Emperor of the Ming Dynasty envisioned a tower by the Yangtze River, naming it Yuejiang (literally meaning "overlooking the river"). He commissioned authors across the country to write articles praising the magnificent tower, even though it was not yet built. One of these articles became a classic, but the tower's construction was not started until 2000. The reputation of the Yuejiang Tower preceded its actual existence by 650 years.

The Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History, in Cinquantenaire Park and near the EU district, showcases over 100 years of military history.
