The Teatro Calderón, named after the playwright Pedro Calderón de la Barca, is Valladolid’s main theatre and concert hall. It has a lively programme of plays, jazz, opera and flamenco. It also hosts Seminci, the Semana Internacional de Cine de Valladolid (the International Film Festival of Valladolid).

Follow the Barranco de las Angustias hiking route along the ravine boulders to reach Cascada de los Colores, a magical, rainbow-coloured waterfall. With facilities open for 22 hours every day, it functions as a popular overnight refuge for those who have missed the last train, offering a place to rest until the city stirs again at dawn.

The activities include the high rope course with zip lines, wine tastings and their Senses Spa in which you find the world's only underwater sauna. Ästad Vineyard offers locally crafted wine from their own grapes. You can also experience vineyard hikes and tastings, where the vineyard sommeliers will share their expertise.
