La Corniche in the Ain Diab neighbourhood is Casablanca's hotspot for upscale Atlantic beach clubs, drawing a chic crowd looking to soak up the sun or catch a wave. As the sun sets, the atmosphere transitions seamlessly into a bustling nightlife, featuring an array of trendy nightclubs, sophisticated cocktail lounges, and terraced bars with ocean views. Along Boulevard de la Corniche, dining venues range from laid-back, counter-serve eateries to elegant French establishments. Ain Diab Beach is another crowd-pleaser, offering visitors a plethora of water activities and beach games. The area is dotted with beach clubs, restaurants, and bars. Once the sun dips below the horizon, the beachfront comes alive with live music and various forms of entertainment.

The suggestive walk that twists and turns through Portofino´s most southern tip leads to a scenic view of the Ligurian Sea, so no wonder that Portofino´s Lighthouse is a town landmark. The immaculate white colour of the building creates a contrast with the surrounding natural landscape, shaping a vivid scene.

This beautiful example of Spanish colonial architecture contains a small museum dedicated to the Spanish Inquisition's brutal persecution of heretics once carried out in these very chambers. Visitors can still see some of the torture devices used to extract confessions of heresy and witchcraft, along with some of the questions used in "witch" interrogations, which are still displayed on the museum wall. Needless to say, no prisoner could hope to be acquitted of their purported crimes against the Catholic Church, and most met their tragic end at the very guillotine still on display in the courtyard.
