For some cultural entertainment, add Fort Myers' Art Walks and Music Walks to your agenda: these free happenings animate the social scene of the downtown River District at fixed times every month, while shops, art galleries and restaurants stay open until late at night, providing drinks on the sidewalk. The Art Walk takes place every first Friday of the month, 6pm–10pm, and takes you to 13 art galleries that offer self-guided tours and meet-ups with the artists. The Music Walk starts every third Friday of the month at 7pm, with bands and singers taking over the streets, performing in a wide range of music genres.

The Museum of Fine Arts in Montreal is praised by the overwhelming majority of its visitors, and for good reason: it has the largest collection of fine art in Canada, as well as a continuous rotation of exhibitions. Just like the city itself, the museum showcases two sides to art: historical and modern.

Despite its small size, the Vieille Ville (literally "Old Town") is still worth a walk, especially during summer. The gates and arches, as well as the backdoors to small and secret streets, make for excellent photographs, and every corner can hide surprises.

Istiqlal Mosque is Indonesia’s largest mosque, with space for more than 10,000 worshippers. Completed in 1978 and designed by Frederic Silaban, the building combines modern lines with traditional Islamic design. Visitors can admire the soaring dome and towering minaret, and explore the spacious prayer hall outside of prayer times.
