Fells Point, a historic waterfront neighborhood on the Patapsco River, has been a cornerstone of Baltimore since 1763. Once a bustling hub for shipbuilding and trade, it later became home to waves of European immigrants in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Today, Fells Point charms visitors with its cobblestone streets, 18th-century architecture, and lively atmosphere. This vibrant district boasts a unique mix of boutique shops, antique stores, live music venues, and over 120 pubs and restaurants.

The Boston Children's Museum has been creating innovative, hands-on exhibits to engage and educate children and their families about such subjects as science, world cultures, health, art, history and literacy.

Located just south of Basse-Terre Island, Terre-de-Bas is one of the smaller islands that make up Guadeloupe, and by far, one of the most beautiful. It boasts picturesque fishing villages and beaches, as well as some lovely hiking trails, including one to the towering Grande Montagne.

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is one of the oldest museums in the Netherlands. Throughout the year, the museum hosts a rich spectrum of temporary exhibits on a variety of subjects. Besides that, the collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings, etchings and objects is impressive. It features many major Dutch and European works spanning the period from the early middle ages to the 21st century, from Jeroen Bosch to Rembrandt and from Van Gogh to Salvador Dalí and Dutch Design. The museum building is closed for major renovation, but the entire collection of 145,000 objects accessible to the public in other museums. Within the Museumpark, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has built an art depot: Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen.
