By the parking lot, the Carolyn Parr Nature Museum, run by Napa Valley Naturalists, opens a window into the region’s rich biodiversity. Inside, interactive exhibits explore Napa County’s distinct ecosystems, from wetlands to woodlands, with a hands-on “touch table” featuring animal pelts, nests, and bones—a favorite for kids and curious adults. The museum also includes a children’s nature library and a reference corner for anyone looking to dig deeper into Napa’s flora and fauna.

The observation deck of the Q1 building at levels 77 and 78 (that's 230 metres high!) offers exceptional views in all directions. There is a museum, a weather station and a bar across the two floors. Feel on top of the world and do not forget the camera.

Burleigh Head is a small national park, located on the Gold Coast in South East Queensland. Here you can climb the park’s highest point, an ancient volcano, to see the 20 kilometres of unbroken white beach stretching far into the distance — what a sight.
