Coptic Cairo is the heart of Egypt’s Christian community and one of the oldest parts of the city. Here, you’ll find churches, monasteries, and ancient streets that have stayed largely unchanged for centuries.

On the outskirts of Malmö lies a rural oasis that emanates a sense of peace and harmony. Katrinetorp, an early 19th-century "landeri" (country estate), was originally designed as a summer residence and a venue for grand receptions. Today, the city of Malmö runs the place, and they are constantly working on recreating its former glory. Markets, music entertainment, events, and exhibitions are held here annually. It recently opened its new exhibition hall "The Stables,” which also has a high-end gift shop. Katrinetorp lies 10 minutes from the city centre of Malmö, which makes the big city no more than a stone’s throw away from this idyllic scenery.

For an invigorating swim, Embros Thermae, also called The Therma, is an enormous pool with thermal springs, surrounded by circling rocks.

Famous Greek monuments and splendid artworks from different historical periods are exhibited at The Archaeological Museum of Kos. The most extraordinary displays here include beautiful mosaics, statues from the ancient site of Asklepeion, an extensive collection of prehistoric pottery and metallic objects, exhibits from a tomb of a young athlete dating back to the 3rd century B.C, coins, anaglyphs with various representations and many other items.
