South Beach, or SoBe for short, is Miami's most popular destination and is widely regarded as the world's ultimate nightlife hotspot. Even Ibiza can't compete with the vibrant energy of this beachside neighborhood. Situated at the southern end of Miami Beach, SoBe is home to numerous hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs, all surrounded by a wide expanse of white sand and the soothing sounds of the ocean. Originally constructed in Spain, this historic structure endured significant hardship during the First Carlist War. It was seized and repurposed as a granary until 1925 when it was purchased, disassembled, packed into boxes, and shipped to the United States. Despite facing additional struggles during transport, the medieval monastery can now be appreciated in North Miami Beach, where it offers Sunday masses, events, and tours.

This 16th century cathedral boasts the intimidating full name "The Holy Priory Church Cathedral Basilica of the Military Order of Our Lady Saint Mary of the Prado of Ciudad Real". It is the city's main cathedral and houses the second largest nave in the country.
