Tropical Fruit World is a farm growing over 500 unusual tropical fruits from all over the world, with mini golf, an animal park and rides for the little ones. This farm has been a pioneer for eco-tourism since 1983. Your ticket will include a fully guided Plantation Safari with fruit tasting, wildlife boat cruise of the island recreation area, fauna park and an introduction to Australian Bush Tucker. The farm complex also runs workshops and specialty cultural experiences. Alykes sits on an east-facing bay midway along Zante’s northeast coast. The village features a long sandy beach with plenty of water sports facilities, alongside a good selection of tavernas and bars serving traditional specialties. The village takes its name from the former salt flats, located just 50 metres from the shore, which now form a protected nature reserve. The beach extends into the neighbouring area of Alikanas, where the strip of sand broadens considerably.
