The Aberdeen Science Centre is an immensely popular science and technology centre with entertaining, interactive and hands-on exhibits and shows that engage children of all ages and lead them to fascinating discoveries about the world around them.

Explore the history of one of the British Army’s most celebrated regiments, the Gordon Highlanders Infantry, which was raised in the late 18th century. The museum features the finest of the regiment’s treasures, special exhibitions and the chance for children to dress up in a Gordon Highlanders uniform. The museum is surrounded by a beautiful and tranquil park, open to visitors and also hosts a shop and a tea room.

The Open Air Theatre is situated on the green "peninsula" of the well-known Opatija’s “Angiolina Park”, right by the sea. Janko Kráľ Park is a park in Bratislava's Petržalka borough, south of the Danube. It is located in the northern part of Petržalka, bordered by the Danube in the north, the Old Bridge access road in the east, a main road in the south and the Nový Most access road in the west. Located between the Old and the New (SNP) Bridge, this is the oldest public park in Central Europe and one of the oldest central European parks. The massive trees are complemented by small architectural forms: the Gothic gazebo that was originally a tower of the Franciscan Church is the most notable example. Rest in the shade of ginkgo bilobas, dawn redwoods and the gigantic plane tree that is over 200 years old.
