Berlin boasts the world's first computer games museum, which opened its doors in 1997. Since January 2011, the museum has been showcasing its new permanent exhibition in the fashionable Friedrichshain district. The exhibition has ingeniously converted the historic interior of the former East Berlin café, Warsaw, into a pixelated gaming landscape. It's the perfect spot to unwind, play some beloved video games, and delve into the history of the gaming industry. The Computer Games Museum is conveniently located on the Karl-Marx-Allee, the largest European cultural monument.

Parco del Valentino is a big public park right in the city centre, next to the river Po. Colourful flower beds, a small stream with wooden bridges and monumental fountains create a peaceful oasis amid the city. King George I Square is the central civic and social hub of Patras, laid out in the mid-19th century as part of the city's post-independence grid plan. It remains the primary venue for public gatherings, demonstrations, and key events of the famous Patras Carnival, continuing its long tradition as the city's main stage.

The gardens of this villa represent a shaded solution after the days spent at the beach. Designed by the British and eccentric Lady Florence Trevelyan, they fairly resemble British gardens, although they house a diverse and rare Sicilian flora as well as exotic plants. The architectural items are also considerable: there are bizarre constructions like the Beehive and other more classical statues.
