The Kolarac Foundation, housed in a splendid building that also serves as the People's University, has been a bastion of knowledge, culture, and music since its construction in 1932. The “Great Minnesota Get-Together” draws over 1.5 million attendees every year and is the largest 12-day fair in North America.
