Jiming Temple, a revered place of worship since the 14th century, continues to attract numerous visitors with its blend of history and natural beauty. First constructed in the 14th century, the temple has undergone several renovations, with most of what we see today reconstructed in the 1980s. It remains the region's most attended temple to date. In spring, the blooming sakura along the path bathe the temple in pink, attracting many visitors.

Built by Germany's King Ludwig II on a rugged hill against a backdrop of Bavaria's lush and picturesque mountain scenery, the Schloss Neuschwanstein is a stunning piece of architecture, which one could literally spend hours staring at. The Linderhof Palace, the smallest of the three palaces associated with King Ludwig II, served as his primary residence for much of his life.

The National Monument, or Monas, rises from the centre of Merdeka Square as a symbol of Indonesia’s independence. Visitors can take a lift to the viewing deck for wide views over the city or explore the museum at its base, which traces the country’s struggle for freedom. The surrounding park is a favourite spot for locals to stroll, grab street food, or rest in the shade.

With its fountain and hills forming many geometric shapes, Moerenuma Park is an attraction for all four seasons. In spring the trees look like a sea of cherry blossoms, in summer you can enjoy the refreshing fountain and wading pool facilities, in the fall the whole park is full of colourful leaves and in winter you can go cross-country skiing or sledding.
