The Wildbrumby Distillery & Cafe is a unique, boutique schnapps distillery located on the Alpine Way in the picturesque Thredbo Valley, halfway between Jindabyne and Thredbo, also offering Austrian inspired meals.
Wildbrumby produces pure Australian schnapps from locally sourced fruit. The 20 acre property features a cellar door and fully licensed cafe and working raspberry farm.
See the beautiful brass distilling equipment from Germany and try out some of the schnapps made on site, including pink lady apple, pear william, peach, butterscotch or the hot chilli schnapps.
The Wildbrumby Schnapps Distillery & Cafe is an ideal place to stop for a tasting, coffee and yummy continental cakes or lunch. There's a selection of wines and Paulaner German Lager beer on tap too.
Take a look around the shop, dine in the cafe or stroll around the sculpture gardens. Set in beautiful surrounds, Wildbrumby Schnapps Distillery makes the perfect stopover when travelling to or from the mountains.
