Night Markets

Night markets are held every day in different locations throughout Langkawi island. In the various stalls along the streets you will find cheap items such as bags, watches, t-shirts, DVDs, as well as local street food. Not only are night markets a great opportunity to explore the local culture, they are also a great way to taste the local cuisine without hurting your wallet. The most important night markets are found in Kuah every Wednesday and Friday, and in Padang Matsirat every Sunday.
