The neighbourhood still retains a somewhat risqué vibe with bars, cafes and restaurants that cater to hip crowds of international creatives. Soho is also known as the centre of LGBTQA+ community, so don't miss out on all the gay and lesbian party spots in the area.

Activities like horse riding through forests, trekking to see waterfalls and nature trails to enjoy flora and fauna can all be found at the Mapawa Nature Park. There is no public transport to get here so it might be a good idea to hire a taxi for a day.

This mystic neighbourhood's name literally means "sacred mountain". The place was traditionally occupied by the Gitanos (Romani people). A series of roads winding up the mountain are flanked by caves that are literally carved out of the side of the mountain. They served as the original dwellings for this area's first inhabitants. Many of the caves are still used as houses; others have been converted to restaurants and bars.

Only minutes away from the city centre lies Opol Beach, or rather a long stretch of land where several smaller beaches sit next to each other. Boat trips to a nearby island are on offer. There are a number of resorts directly in the area, and affordable cottages available for rent.
