Founded in 1986 by Professor John Beetlestone and his colleagues from Cardiff University, Techniquest is a discovery and science centre with many exhibits and activities for children and science lovers. Inside you will find a science theatre, a planetarium and more than 120 different exhibits where you can test your abilities and discover more about the world of science and technology.

Built on 150 acres of parkland, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is located just outside of London. It is home to more than 55 rides, shows, attractions and workshops, all geared towards children up to 12 years of age. This theme park is a great place for a family day trip. Jump on board a Lego submarine, take a good look at London's iconic landscape in miniature form, get soaked at the water rides and put your skills to the test at The Driving School.

At 452 metres, this used to be the tallest buildings in the world before being surpassed by Taipei 101 in 2004. Still the tallest twin buildings, they are a true symbol of the new Malaysia. Visitors are welcome to the skybridge at the 41st floor. Petronas towers are adjacent to one of the busiest shopping malls in Malaysia, Suria KLCC. Ticket sales start daily at 8.30am and are limited in number. If you plan to visit during the next 24 hours, tickets will need to be purchased at the Ticketing Counter on the Concourse Level, otherwise they may be pre-bought online. Time allotted per visit is 45 minutes, and includes visits to the sky bridge and observation deck.

Lord Howe Island is one of Australia’s premier birdwatching destinations, with 14 species of seabirds breeding here in their hundreds of thousands. The island also has more than 130 permanent and migratory bird species, including the unique Lord Howe Island woodhen, vast flocks of migrating shearwaters and rare providence petrels.
