Lufthavnen Ruzyne ligger 20 km nordvest for Prags bycenter. Taxaerne kører med en fast pris på 650kč. Der er også minibusser man kan deles om. Disse koster ca. 120 kč, og tager dig til Metro B station, Námesti Republiky, midt i Prag. Til Metro A station, Dejvická koster det 90kč. Det er billigst at tage med bus. Bus 119 tager dig til Metro A station Dejvická. Bus 100 tager dig til Metro B station Zličín. Man kan købe en normal billet i lufthaven (koster 26kč), eller fra automaten (30kč) ved busstoppestedet. Billeterne varer i 75 minuter. Bussen afgår mellem 04-00. Airport Express, AE, tager dig fra Terminal 1 eller 2 til Nádraží Holešovice (Metro og bangård) for 45kč.
