Phnom Penh - Bars & Nightlife
Known to be a city without limits, Phnom Penh’s reputation as a nightspot rings true. With the local population out and about at night, after years of unrest, bars and clubs have mushroomed in the last years.
Toukei Bar
This small French-run bar plays electro funk, has a wide variety of French drinks and if you’re hungry try the fish.
Memphis Pub

Salt Lounge
Gay-friendly, small and cosy and excellent drink selection.
Elephant Bar
Set in the most luxurious hotel in town, Le Royal, the Elephant Bar’s happy hour (4pm to 8 pm) serves the best cocktails in town. Live piano, comfortable seating.
The Lounge
Cool, hip bar cum club, the place to be at weekends as the Phnom Penh elite and expats mingle. Hip hop on Fridays, a mix of music on Saturdays, soak up the atmosphere whilst drinking a cocktail at the balcony over looking the riverside.
Heart Of Darkness
This ‘famous’ night spot is packed every night after midnight. A mix of backpackers, local girls and long term residents keep the place grooving until the sun comes up.
