L'Enoteca Fontana est située sous les portiques de la Via Farini au centre de Parme. Les habitants viennent dans cette osteria pour prendre un verre et se mêler à des étrangers autour de grandes tables en bois communes, comme autrefois. Venez déjeuner ou prendre un apéritif le soir. La spécialité de Fontana est le pain Principe al culatello garni de culatello (un type de prosciutto à base de vin blanc) et de parmesan. Les accords mets-vins sont impeccables, bien sûr.
