Rouen is relatively small, so if you enjoy riding bike, this is a great way to discover the town. The first half-hour is free, and the additional time will be charged from your account. A single ticket is valid for one hour (travelling only on the TAE or VTNI lines). Single tickets can be bough from the bus driver.
