Gofio La Molineta

Gofio La Molineta is a traditional windmill created in 1866 which is devoted to the preparation of a Canarian product made from cereals: Gofio. It is mainly used for breakfast and typical dishes of Canarian cuisine, and can be of several different kinds: seven cereals, chickpeas, traditional wheat, and more, all of them ground using the native method of the millstone. Gofio La Molineta now exports its products to the United States and Germany and also offers their products online.
