Best Time To Visit

Temperatures in NImes are generally pleasant throughout the year with a low chance of rain except for some cold weeks during the winter. Temperatures are highest during the months of June to August. In terms of tourists, the busiest months are July, August and February. Nîmes–Alès–Camargue–Cévennes Airport (FNI) is only ten minutes away from the city of Nîmes. Airport coaches, rental cars, and taxis are available at the airport. No frills airline Ryanair offers services to Nîmes-Garons airport, some 20 km south-east of the city. A shuttle bus service is available.
