Ġnejna Bay

Close to the town of Mgarr is the beautiful Ġnejna Bay. It's mostly frequented by locals, which makes it less crowded with tourists than many of the other Maltese beaches. Because the waters are shallow here, this is also a great place to come with your entire family.

Tucked in between Golden Bay and Ġnejna Bay is the smaller and quieter sandy beach, Għajn Tuffieħa. The long stairway down to the beach makes it not the easiest to reach, but it is certainly well worth the climb down. There is a sunbed rental and a small snack bar.
