The Old Oyster Factory

Built on the original site of an oyster factory, surrounded by old oyster shells and an inlet waterway, the Old Oyster Factory is a mainstay and favorite of Hilton Head Island diners. The restaurant has large bay windows on three sides of the dining room, allowing diners to look out across the water as it ebbs and flows with the tides.
