Restaurant Nassau

Housed in superior Hotel Prinsenhof alongside a rustic brasserie, Nassau offers a fine dining experience with panoramic views overlooking the Prinsentuin gardens. The menu is inspired by the treasures of northern Netherlands and presents both à la carte and a 5 or 7-course experience menu, with an extensive wine list for pairing options.

Mr. Mofongo

The warmly rustic interiors of this flagship restaurant are inspired by the travels of Mr. Mofongo, setting the stage for a culinary journey just as inspiring. The menu subtly melds South American and Mediterranean influences, manifested in substantial yet refined dishes. Mr. Mofongo also includes a cocktail bar, an in-house distillery, and a rooftop wine haven boasting an impressive selection of over 100 bottles.

Restaurant & Brasserie Groen

Groen seamlessly transitions from a charming café during the day to a vibrant restaurant in the evening, to pamper your taste buds — as the name suggests — with local and organic products. With an Italian flair, the menu also boasts succulent steaks and appetisers brimming with fresh vegetables, while daily specials and a welcoming terrace add to the charm of this central establishment.

Graansilo Eten & Drinken

Located in an iconic grain silo, Graansilo offers a unique dining experience. With a surprise 4-course meal tailored to your preferences, it's a culinary adventure. The building exudes charm, and the staff's warmth enhances the atmosphere. You can find a seat in the sun on a spacious terrace, or a cosy table in the "beer safe" — an excellent place for beer tastings. Highly recommended for a delightful evening.
