Brovaria is possibly the best microbrewery in Poznan. The house lagers are brewed just out back in giant copper drums, and they are good enough to draw huge thirsty crowds of expats and tourists. The industrial feel of the place and its generally sleek look will not soon be forgotten.

The offer includes traditional fillings, both sweet and dry as well as seasonal experiments. At the time of serving, we only wait for the cooking of raw dumplings, that is several minutes. There is no problem with buying take away dumplings. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best pierogi of Poznań.
